Sharwood’s Tikka Masala Paste is a lovely concentrated curry paste that makes a great Tikka Masala dinner! Containing 12 servings per jar, this concentrated paste is great to have on hand for quick and tasty meals. Follow these 3 easy steps to create a delicious curry, ready be to be served alongside your favourite Naan and chutney (serves 4 people):
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a deep frying pan. Gently fry 1 large diced onion until soft
- Stir in 4 heaped tablespoons (92g) Tikka paste and 600g diced chicken and fry for 3 minutes until the chicken is sealed
- Add 400g chopped tinned tomatoes and bring to the boil then gently simmer for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Add 2 tbsp double cream and simmer for a further 2 minutes. Ensure it is fully cooked, and enjoy!
