Sharwood’s Korma Paste is a wonderful concentrated curry paste for an easy and delicious Korma dinner! Containing 12 servings per jar, this concentrated paste is great to have on hand for quick and tasty meals. Follow these 3 easy steps to create a delicious Korma dish, ready be to be served alongside your favourite Naan, chutney and poppadoms (serves 4 people):
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a deep frying pan. Gently fry 1 large diced onion until soft
- Stir in 4 heaped tablespoons (92g) Korma paste and 600g diced chicken and fry for 3 minutes until the chicken is sealed
- Add 400g Coconut Milk and bring to the boil then gently simmer for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Add 75ml double cream and simmer for a further 2 minutes. Ensure it is fully cooked, and enjoy!
