Directions
1. Heat 568ml (1 pint) of milk (reconstituted milk not recommended) in a large saucepan till close to boiling point and remove from heat. Sprinkle the Carmelle mix over the surface and bring to boil for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
2. Empty the caramel syrup into 4 small ramekins, or you can also make one large dessert by pouring it into a pint sized mould. Pour the Carmelle liquid on top of the caramel syrup and let cool at room temperature.
3. Refrigerate for 1 hour for small ramekins, or 2 – 4 hours for one large bowl. Turn out onto a plate and enjoy! (serve within 24 hours)
