Here’s what you’ll need:
450g minced lamb (10% fat)
4 Pitta bread
1 iceberg lettuce
1 red onion
1 cucumber
Directions:
1. Mix the seasoning with the minced lamb and knead together to form a loaf shape.
2. Wrap the loaf in foil, and place on a baking tray to cook for 40 minutes in a preheated 200C oven.
3. Once cooked, leave to cool for 5 – 10 minutes, then thinly slice the lamb and serve in a pitta with salad. Enjoy!
