These cheeses have to be refrigerated, so they’re shipped in specialized packaging, and require an overnight shipping option.
How are they shipped?
Your Cheese Bundle will be shipped in its own box (separate from any other orders you place). Our specialized chilled packaging consists of biodegradable corn starch foam panels, and frozen gel packs. You can dissolve the corn starch foam in water, or compost it. The gel packs can be re-used or thrown in the garbage.
Why is overnight shipping so expensive?
If you’re outside of Ontario or Quebec, unfortunately the cost of overnight shipping dramatically increases due to the need of air travel. Since we’re based in Ontario, our couriers can easily deliver packages overnight within most of Ontario and Quebec by truck due to the short distance. However, if you’re a 12+ hour drive away from us, your package will likely have to take a plane to be able to arrive overnight. Unfortunately, even for a small box, that comes at a higher cost.

Orders with more than 1 item are given processing time according to each item.
Before shipping, we will examine the items ordered thoroughly before sending the items. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between 3 and seven days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple organizations, such as the factory and our storage. So the actual stock may alter at any time. Please be aware that it's possible that your order could become unavailable even after you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase if it has been 30 days from the date of purchase.
The item should not be used and in its original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
